Burrell's Intellectual Property Law Reports (BIPs), incorporating Burrell's Patent Law Reports (BPs), are in volumes covering the period 1953 to date.
BIPs are published by Juta Law and contain judgments on all aspects of intellectual property law:
- Patents;
- Trade Marks;
- Copyright;
- Designs;
- Plant Breeders' Rights;
- Common intellectual property law.
The judgments are comprehensively headnoted, indexed and each issue contains an accumulative list of all cases reported in Burrells Patent Law Reports and in Burrells Intellectual Property Law Reports. Further issues will be published annually.
